Key Features

• SS500 side-shift frame:
  • Detachable from the cultivator, it can also be used for other operations such as soil preparation, strip-till, seeding, band spraying, etc.
  • Particularly compact, with only 320 mm.
• Stabilising discs: Manual or automatic adjustment. Positive toe-in helps the machine maintain its course, even when working on side slopes.
• Easy adaptation to different row spacings: Compatible with row spacings from 12.5 to 150 cm.
• Hydraulic weight transfer: The parallelogram of each unit is equipped with a hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic oil flows freely between all units, ensuring that each gauge wheel maintains constant and equal ground pressure regardless of its position.
• Trailing gauge wheels: No influence on steering and reduced pulling resistance.
• Hoeing units: The units can be raised to 45° while the gauge wheels remain in contact with the ground. This keeps the entire assembly parallel to the ground and allows the guidance system to continue operating correctly.
• Tool springs mounted in graduated brackets: Easy positioning and secure spring retention.
• Multiple tool mounting positions: Various tools and equipment can be positioned according to specific requirements.
• Flat sweeps: Ensure an even working depth across the entire inter-row area.
• Rotary finger weeders: Designed with sufficient flexibility to work in rows of very young seedlings.
• Tine harrows: Level the soil and shake soil away from weed roots.
• Automatic guidance: Multiple guidance options are available depending on requirements:
