Once you approve our offer based on the price and delivery time, the part is ordered immediately.
As soon as we receive it, you will be notified by phone or SMS.
You can collect your order in Gosselies, or we can deliver it to you for a €14 delivery fee.
Payment is made upon collection or before dispatch.
If the part is not suitable, it can be returned to us. Once we have checked and approved its condition, you will receive a credit note, less a flat-rate return fee of €4.90.

Identification forms must be completed and approved by Agrivaux.
The activation fee is €120 for the first year and €80 for each subsequent calendar year.

Any order placed before 6:30 p.m. is delivered overnight to your specified delivery location.
Shipping costs are also displayed before you confirm your order and decrease according to the total value of all orders placed on the same day:
Less than €125 net, excluding VAT: €14
Less than €250 net, excluding VAT: €8
From €251 net, excluding VAT: Free delivery
An order confirmation is sent to you immediately.
A delivery note is included with the parcel.
The invoice is sent within 48 hours and is payable upon receipt.
Some parts cannot be returned. A notification will inform you of this before you confirm your order.
Agrivaux must be notified immediately if a part arrives damaged in the parcel or is unsuitable.
The part must be returned to Agrivaux within 8 days. A €4.90 return fee will be charged.
Once the return has been inspected and approved, a credit note will be issued.
