SS300

Side-shift

MULTIPLE APPLICATIONS :

  1. Before seeding, to guide tools such as seed bed preparation equipment, cultivators, tillers, sprayers, etc.
  2. Sowing/planting: position seeds or seedlings perfectly.
  3. Pre-emergence: various operations very close to the crop rows.
  4. During growing season: hoeing, weeding, ridging, spraying even under heavy vegetation cover.
  5. At harvest time.

FEATURES

Designed to accommodate a PTO shaft

Solid

  • The tubular structure ensures sturdiness while offering a pleasing aesthetic.
  • an oversized guidance cylinder and two self aligning bushings ensure smooth work.

Compact

  • The centre-to-centre distance of the front and rear hitches is reduced to a minimum, an important criterion for optimizing the guidance of hitched implements.
  • The reduced height provides excellent visibility of hitched implements.

Lightweight:

  • the round-tube main structure combines maximum strength with minimum space requirements.

Versatile:

  • central opening for PTO shaft passage
  • the stabilizer discs have an infinitely adjustable track from 1.5 to 2.25 m.
  • The hitch on the machine side can be adapted to suit all types of equipment.
  • An electronic box and an in-cab console are provided when using ultrasonic guidance.
  • A manual control box is available as an option
  • The hydraulic system operates in a closed circuit or load-sensing mode.

Aesthetics:

  • Fluid shapes and an airy structure make it the SS300 pleasant to look at
  • shot-blasted, sandblasted and metallized before receiving two coats of powder coating. All to guarantee beauty and longevity.
  • the user-friendly in-cabin control unit.

OPERATION

  1. The tool's position is captured using the most appropriate technique for the crop (Ultrasound, camera, row sensors, RTK, etc.).
  2. A control unit receives and interprets the data.
  3. The motion data is passed via the in-cab display to the electrical valve, which causes the side-shift to move appropriately.
  4. When the tool is raised, the side-shift automatically recenters.
  5. The in-cab control unit provides all relevant information, enabling parameters to be adjusted and providing precise information on any malfunctions.
